Elise is primarily interested in Early Modern philosophy and philosophy of mind. They are writing a dissertation about Thomas Hobbes’s metaphysical materialism. When Elise isn’t doing philosophy, they enjoy board games, video games, reading (mostly) fiction, being outdoors, and hanging out with their partner and three cats.
