The undergraduate program in philosophy has long been one of the central strengths of the College of Letters and Sciences. We now have nearly 200 majors, many of whom elect to double major in other disciplines. The department offers a wide variety of courses across nearly all areas of philosophy; every faculty member teaches the entire range of undergraduate courses, from introductory classes to upper-level specialized courses.
