Biography

My research is in ethics, political philosophy, and feminist philosophy. Most of my research has focused on philosophy of love, sex, and marriage, as well as procreative ethics. I have also written on the ethics and politics of disaster. I have interests in philosophy of literature and Kant’s and Hegel’s ethics. My current research project focuses on intimate partner violence, examining distinctive wrongs in personal relationships, such as emotional abuse and stalking.
