Professor Goodrich’s research covers a range of issues in moral and political philosophy, including the ethics of harm, moral responsibility, population ethics, and the consequentialist and republican traditions of moral and political thought. He is also a member of UW-Madison’s interdisciplinary cluster in the ethics of computing, data, and information, working on the moral and political implications of data’s impact on market power.
